Packaging
Your jewel will be placed and sent in an exquisite velvet gift bag (color of the gift bag may vary), that will be carefully prepared for shipping.
Processing Time
We will always process and ship your order as quickly as possible, most of the times in the very same day of your purchase until 6 pm - portuguese GMT time (unless it is saturday or sunday).
Orders placed after 6 pm, will only be shipped on the next business day.
Our post office works Monday to Friday, with the exception of the 24th, 25th and 26th of December, 31st, 1st and 2nd of January and on local/pubic holidays. Delivery times may be a little longer during those times. Besides these exceptions, delivery times will be the ones mentioned below.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free standard worldwide shipping on all our pieces, with a tracking number, however if you are in a hurry, we do offer express shipping through EMS International, at an additional cost (on the checkout process).

Unfortunately we do not ship to the African and South America continents, due to legal reasons and various restrictions.

Prices
For all countries, prices include Portuguese VAT at 23%. The prices quoted are exclusive to purchase through this site.
Duties & Taxes
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Nadir FIligree has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Returns within Portugal and other European Union countries
The return of a piece is possible within 14 days of the date of receipt of the same.
In the case of the return due to a mistake or cancellation of the customer, the product has to be in perfect unused condition (as sold), and with its original packaging. The shipping costs for the return will be the buyers responsibility.
Should you choose to return a product, please contact us at info@nadir.pt, so that we can send you detailed return instructions.
The refund will only take place after receipt of the product which has to be found intact and in perfect condition, and can take up to 5 working days to complete. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Custom orders and personalized goods, are not elegible to return, cancel or refund.
Any import taxes, customs duties or fees payed by the buyer to their country authorities, are not Nadir Filigree responsability, and therefore cannot be refundeable by us.
Returns from countries outside the European Union
Due to difficulties and constraints related to customs, unfortunately it is not feasible to receive returns, or make exchanges, from countries located outside the European Union.
However, do not hesitate contact us at info@nadir.pt, so that we can try to find the best alternative solution.
